This cozy private guest house that sleeps 6, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, is set on 15 acres and has been thoughtfully furnished with your comfort in mind. This end of the park has most of the shopping & restaurants for your convenience during your stay.
Byrncliff Golf Resort & Banquets is 15 minutes from the farm. It offers several lodging options, including deluxe hotel rooms or a private lodge that sleeps up to 12.

About Us
Wolcott Farms is a family owned business that has been around for over 20 years and is nestled away on 48 acres of gorgeous Wyoming County countryside. The farm has expanded quite a bit over the years, and we have dipped our foot into many different activities. Wolcott Farms Maple production is at an all time high and continuously expanding, while our horse training facility and business is growing as well. The maple and horse businesses are our main attractions, and keep us busy 365 days a year!
